New year, new me

  https://www.jeruradclifferaping.com The start of each year is like the onset of a blank slate. It is time and space for filling dreams, goals, and growth. This year, I embrace the theme "New Year, New Me" as I strive towards being a better version of myself. Number one is self-care. I've learned that without taking care of my physical and mental health, no other goal can be accomplished. It involves creating new habits like eating well, exercising, and making some time to relax. Academically, I am determined to work harder and improve more. Struggles in some classes indicate that no matter what, perseverance and consistent effort can bring success. I will learn to study smarter, engage more in class, and learn from my mistakes. Most of all, I want to be more patient and understanding. Families and friends come together when we can talk to each other openly and politely. A "New Me" would not be to drastically change who I am, but to small steps in development. ...
